Evaluation:

There isn't much more to say about Trevon Grimes that hasn't already been said. At 6-foot-4 and with sprinter's speed, he presents a nightmare match-up for any defensive back. He can use his body to shield defenders or go over top of them and his speed and precision route running to create separation.

He is as natural a pass-catcher as you will see at the high school level and it's easy to see why he's the top ranked receiver in a tremendous class at the position.

Outlook:

Grimes just announced a decision date of August 24th and will announce between a top six of Ohio State, Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, and Miami (Fla.). He will spend some time on Thursday with the Ohio State staff at a satellite camp at his high school before making an unofficial visit to Columbus. It would be a major, major upset at this point if he didn't pick the Buckeyes in August.
