Sophomore DE out of Georgia breaks down recent offer from the Buckeyes

ATLANTA, Ga - Roughly 40 offers have been extended by Ohio State’s staff to members of the Class of 2023.

Based on this early offer list, it is clear to see that the coaches are prioritizing prospects who reside in the Southeast. In fact, nearly two dozen sophomore recruits from the region have been given the green light by the program thus far.

One of those players is Victor Burley, a strong-side defensive end hailing from Warner Robins (Georgia). We caught up with Burley following his performance at the Under Armour All-America Camp Series event in Atlanta last week to talk about the good news he received on March 19.

“It’s great,” Burley told BuckeyeGrove. “I’m at a loss for words. It was a great offer. Great experience.”
