We logged close to 2500 miles over the last week and saw stops in Ohio, Tennessee, Georgia and South Carolina while we were on the road for our Southern Swing tour. We saw top talent from the classes of 2013 (signees), 2014 (rising seniors) and classes beyond. We have poured through pages of notes and hours of interviews and are trying to make a little sense of it all in our weekly Skull Session feature.

In Tennessee we saw some of the next big names for the class of 2015. Offensive lineman Drew Richmond could be the top tackle in his entire class, nationally, and the Buckeyes have more than a punchers chance in this one with the good-natured blue-chipper. Could 2015 be one of those special years in the state of Tennessee?

We crossed the state line to Georgia and talked with several top targets for the Buckeyes including wide receiver Demarre Kitt. A decision will be coming in the next several weeks and the decision may not yet be made for Kitt. We look a little deeper into how the recruitment of the four star is shaping up.

Staying in Georgia, we checked in with No. 1 rated linebacker Raekwon McMillan and saw him go through the paces at his high school practice. Earlier this week we mentioned some parts of a conversation we had with a well-respected Southern coach. We'll talk a little bit more about McMillan in our weekly feature.

Norcross (Ga.) high school has always had top talent but things could be at an all-time high with what is on the roster now. Myles Autry sat down with us and spoke at length about where things are heading with his recruiting. At one point it seemed if Ohio State was the prohibitive favorite and then the next day it seemed as if the Bucks were all but forgotten. And could the Buckeyes pull a shocker with teammate Lorenzo Carter? Everyone is ready to pencil the defensive lineman in at Alabama but there is a long way to go from a top-26 schools to a top-1.

And we made our way to South Carolina to Hilton Head Island to talk with Poona Ford and more importantly, see the defensive tackle in action. We break down where things are going with the 3-star prospect and why the Buckeyes could make a major move on the underrated talent.
