• If you're in the mood for Italian-American cuisine, you might want to try out the Florentine, located at 907 W. Broad St., two blocks west of state Route 315. The homemade spaghetti has been a Columbus favorite for years, but the Florentine also serves a variety of Italian and American dishes including fettuccine, manicotti and lasagna as well as chicken, veal or eggplant parmigiana, and steak. Entrees are a great value at $8-$15.
For a great deal for the whole family, it's hard to pass up the all-you-can-eat spaghetti Thursday nights. And be sure to stop in to help the Florentine celebrate its 60th anniversary in October.
