New Castle (Pa.) athlete Malik Hooker recently got his letter of intent in at Ohio State and is now ready to turn the page in his life to being a college football player. He won't enroll until the summer but everything is official here on National Signing Day and he couldn't be any happier with his decision.

"It's a great feeling because I know I made the right decision and became a part of a great tradition and family," Hooker said about being an official Buckeye.

Hooker's recruitment may not have been one of the more-watched recruitments of the Ohio State class of 2014 but he took away some special moments, especially once he emerged on the scene of the Ohio State nation.
"(My favorite part was) getting all those calls from reporters and from the websites when I committed," Hooker said.
