COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Buckeyes are in their final week of camp practices before "Game Week" preps start in seven days for the opener against Buffalo. Practice was still lively over at the Ackerman Road fields and we had a chance to catch up with the team Monday afternoon after the team finished its work.

Many people believe that the offense is ahead of the defense and ahead of the pace that it was at last season at this time. That offense was 21st in the nation in scoring offense and put up more than 37 points per game and many observers think that the 2013 offense could put up more than 42 points per game or more with a more advanced Braxton Miller, another year of seasoning for the older players and an infusion of speed with the incoming freshman class.

We caught up with offensive coordinator Tom Herman on Monday after practice to get his views on several issues around the offense and have it all in this free video update.
