Buckeyes land four-star DB

As the Buckeyes were awaiting word on the decision of one four-star defensive back, another one jumped on board Thursday afternoon in Norfolk (Va.) Lake Taylor product Wayne Davis. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound cornerback had recently announced a top three of Ohio State, Michigan, and Virginia Tech.

Davis comes from the same high school that produced class of 2014 prospect and current Ohio State sophomore defensive end Jalyn Holmes. He is commitment No. 17 for Ohio State in the 2016 recruiting class.
