Buckeyes land commitment No. 2 for 2019

Ohio State has taken a slower approach to recruiting in 2019, but on Thursday the Buckeyes added another talented offensive line prospect to the class in Mentor (Ohio) product Ryan Jacoby.

The 6-foot-5, 265-pound prospect held offers from the likes of Michigan, Oregon, Virginia, and West Virginia at the time of his pledge to the Buckeyes. Jacoby recently made his second unofficial visit of the winter to Ohio State and took some time before deciding on Ohio State.

He joins West Virginia offensive lineman Doug Nester in Ohio State's 2019 class giving the Buckeyes a solid foundation upfront in a class that will need to take a handful of offensive line prospects.

BuckeyeGrove.com will have more on Jacoby's commitment shortly.
