Beyond the Final Whistle

COLUMBUS, Ohio - If not for a touchdown with 10 seconds left in the game, the Buckeyes would have been shut out for the first time in 18 years and for the first time at home in 29 years. But even with a quick breath of life at the end there is no way to pretty things up, Saturday was a difficult game to watch.
Braxton Miller and Joe Bauserman both saw time but both spent more time on the turf than in the pocket, going down a combined nine times with sacks. And the usually steady (somewhat steady) running game was a non-starter with the Buckeyes ending up with 35 net yards on the ground (after sack yardage was taken away).
Head coach Luke Fickell and the players were obviously down after the game and the word 'frustrated' was thrown around a bit as well in describing the performance on Saturday. Ohio State's defense was far from perfect but it did hold the Spartans to ten points and that was not good enough when it was all said and done.

We had our cameras rolling after the game in the post game interview room and bring you some the of the high and low lights from the post reaction after the 10-7 loss dropped the Buckeyes to 3-2 on the season and 0-1 in the league.
