Ohio State just added a huge commitment in the form of Fort Wayne (Ind.) Bishop Luers Rivals250 wide receiver Austin Mack.

The standout receiver has known he was going to be a Buckeye for a long period of time and finally made things official at today's Fort Wayne RAS camp.

"Ohio State was the best fit for me and my family," Mack said. "I've known that's where I was going for awhile, but finally made it official."

Buckeye head coach Urban Meyer was pretty excited to learn that they'd landed their top target at the wide receiver position.

"When I talked to Urban, he was ecstatic," he continued. "He was a pretty big factor in my choice and he's coming to my decision."

Last weekend's visit confirmed that Ohio State was the best place for him to play his college football.

"Visits this last weekend was just about confirming things," he stated. "I'm done with my recruitment now that I've committed."

Mack is the first wide receiver to commit to the Buckeyes' 2016 recruiting class and they're expected to add at least one more before National Signing Day comes and goes.

BuckeyeGrove.com will have much more on this huge commitment as the day rolls on.
