2020 Intro: Jaheim Thomas

Ohio State hosted a trio of class of 2020 prospects out of Cincinnati (Ohio) Princeton this past week, including outside linebacker Jaheim Thomas. Thomas, a top performer at last weekend's Cleveland Under Armour camp, has the look of a big-time outside linebacker prospect.

"I loved the visit," said Thomas. "It was a great atmosphere. I loved the coaches and I've always liked Ohio State since I was a kid."

Ohio State has already offered class of 2020 teammate, defensive end Darrion Henry, and the Buckeyes took plenty of interest in Thomas during the visit.

"I spoke to the cornerbacks coach (Taver Johnson), the defensive coordinator (Greg Schiano) and linebackers coach (Bill Davis) I really only had conversations with the (Davis and Schiano) they were asking me what do I like about O-State and about other linebackers and stances and grades."

Thomas is still growing into his frame, which is a scary proposition for opposing defenses.

"I would describe my game as fast and relentless," he said. "I need to work on staying low and using my hands more."

Thomas holds early offers from Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Kentucky, Memphis, Rutgers, and Toledo.
