Noah Brown
Wide Receiver
6-foot-2, 211 lbs.
Sparta (N.J.)
Pope John XXIII
Status: Unsigned

Brown held 20-plus offers when he ended the process and selected Ohio State over Rutgers, Virginia Tech and Vanderbilt. The Rivals250 member made his declaration only days after taking his official visit to Ohio State and gives the Buckeyes another big receiver for the future. Brown never was big into giving interviews but told us in an exclusive interview that his desire to be the with the best of the best both on and off the field gave the Buckeyes the edge. Brown is also a player that could see his first impact with special teams as well as Ohio State looks to move forward in the return game.
Scouting Report: "Urban Meyer has done a tremendous job of landing speedy skill guys that can play either in the slot or in the backfield but he had been missing a bigger, more physical outside receiver. With Noah Brown in the fold, he gets that in spades. At 6-foot-2, 220-pounds, Brown is a tough match-up for corners because of his size and strength. He has the speed to make plays down field but also the toughness to go over the middle and make the difficult catch in traffic. Brown's skill set as a runner also makes him intriguing as a potential H-Back." - Givler

"Noah Brown is an extremely versatile guy. He's a guy that can take handoffs around the side, he's a guy that can make catches over the middle or beat his man deep. That type of versatility is something that Urban Meyer really likes to have in his offense." - Rivals.com Mid-Atlantic analyst Adam Friedman
