The finishing touches are about to be put on the 2014 recruiting class but Ohio State is already on the board in 2017 as the Buckeyes landed a commitment on Friday evening from Massillon (Ohio) Washington quarterback Danny Clark. The 6-foot-3, 205-pound prospect was offered by Ohio State on Friday afternoon while on an unofficial visit to check out bowl practice and he committed on the spot.

"Yes sir," Clark confirmed in a text message to BuckeyeGrove.com.

Clark became the first freshman to ever start at quarterback for tradition rich Massillon Washington this fall and led the Tigers to a win over rival McKinley and a playoff berth.
