Games Noon
Alabama vs. Auburn
The Iron Bowl
Patrick Says: Sure, Alabama has proven at least on more than one occasion that they are indeed mortal this season. The Crimson Tide, though, might be peaking at just the right time. While they, obviously, should've beat Chattanooga and looked so-so against Mississpi State on the road, I can't stop thinking about the 38-17 win against LSU and how Nick Saban's crew simply dominated the Tigers in the second half. Alabama is at the top of the BCS year after year for a reason. This team knows how to win and though it faces it a arduous challenge against arch rival Auburn, the Tide, of course, have been here before. Alabama 31 Auburn 28
Oregon vs. Oregon State
The Civil War
Andrew Says: I was stunned by Oregon's performance against Arizona last week. Sure, I thought Oregon would be disappointed by their elimination from the national championship race, but I didn't think they'd fall apart completely. Well, they did exactly that against the Wildcats. I'm betting on the Ducks rebounding this weekend. It's a rivalry game, the last game of their regular season, and Oregon State just doesn't possess enough firepower on offense to stick with Oregon for four quarters. Oregon 42 Oregon St. 27
Florida vs. Florida St.
Marc Says: There really isn't much to say here. This is a great football team playing a very bad football team. Florida State, despite the distraction involving Jameis Winston's legal troubles, has been firing on all cylnders both offensively and defensively. Meanwhile this is the most inept Florida team that has graced a football field in more than 20 years. Hard to imagine this one being close. Florida State 41 Florida 7
Clemson vs. South Carolina
The Palmetto Bowl
AndyMac Says: This is the first time I've seen both teams ranked in the top ten, headed into rivalry week. Clemson's continues to take heat for their poor showing against Florida State but can lock-in a BCS bowl berth with a win in Williams-Brice Stadium. The Gamecocks have won four straight against the Tigers and have their own implications on the line (SEC East title and BCS bowl berth). Folks in Columbia believe they have the better in-state quarterback in Connor Shaw, which isn't that crazy of a statement. Tajh Boyd has thrown six interceptions in the last five games while Shaw has one INT all season. Look for Boyd to make a few mistakes against that tough Gamecock defense. South Carolina 33 Clemson 28
Texas A&M vs. Missouri
Noon Says: I have to admit that I am surprised that both Missouri and Texas A&M became so relevant, so quickly in the SEC. This game doesn't have a cool name or trophy (to my knowledge) but is one of the games I am most excited to watch this weekend (alas, I will likely be driving through Marion on my way back from "The Game" when this game kicks off). I feel that Missouri is playing much better football and there is a lot to be said about momentum in this game. A&M is still smarting from a thrashing at the hands of LSU and Missouri has a lot more to play for, especially with James Franklin back in the lineup. I like Missouri in a big way here. Missouri 35 Texas A&M 24
Penn State vs. Wisconsin
Tom Says: The Penn State Nittany lions visit Camp Randall Stadium in Madison, Wisconsin this weekend and it will not be a happy trip. Nittany Lion quarterback Christian Hackenburg has had some success this season especially when passing to All-Star receiver, Allen Robinson, but even they will be limited against the Wisconsin Badgers Saturday. Simply put, the Badgers are better at almost every position compared to Penn State and are also superior in every phase of the game. If I were Badger coach, Gary Andersen, I would run James White and Melvin Gordon 30 times each and wear the Lions down, while dominating time of possession. Regardless, it will not be close and Wisconsin will prove why they are one of the most under rated teams in college football. Wisconsin 56 Penn State 17
Ole Miss vs. Mississippi St.
The Egg Bowl
Notre Dame vs. Stanford
Legends Trophy
Arizona vs. Arizona St.
Territorial Cup
Minnesota vs. Michigan St.
