More than just catching passes

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Buckeyes have a dangerous one-two punch at the tight end position with Jeff Heuerman and Nick Vannett and position coach Tim Hinton cannot be any happier with the progression of his two upperclassmen at the position.

Sure, the tandem has not put up huge offensive numbers through the first three games of the season but the position of tight end in the Ohio State offense isn't always going to be one that puts up the huge numbers of makes the biggest catch of the game. But to those who know how the offense works, the pair have played tremendous football so far and big numbers still could be in the future if opposing defenses sleep on the talents of the two.

We caught up with Hinton on Monday during the weekly coach availability at Ohio State and have his full comments from the press conference on his talented TEs and much, much more.
