Tall wideout wants to play in the SEC
Brandon Terry began wanting to play in the Southeastern Conference when he moved from Michigan to Georgia three years ago.
The 6-foot-5, 201-pound wide receiver is drawing plenty of interest from his preferred conference but currently only has one offer from Mississippi State inside the SEC.
"I really want to play for an SEC team," Terry said. "I was supposed to go visit Mississippi State last week but things didn't work out because my parents decided to take me to North Carolina and Wake Forest to visit. I really would like to see their campus and get to know their coaches a little better."
Terry fits the mold of the game-changing wideout that MSU head coach Dan Mullen has been searching for. His long athletic frame compliments his 4.51 speed and would be a dangerous threat in the spread offense.
"I really like that offense," Terry said. "We ran it last year. I think that it's made for receivers and I like that. We only ran the ball three or four times a game and I like a team that throws the ball."
Terry accumulated 440 yards receiving and four touchdowns as a junior leading Alpharetta to a 3-7 record.
