COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Thad Matta maintains it's not time for Ohio State to panic after back-to-back losses following a 15-0 start to the season and he's probably right.

But if the Buckeyes -- which fell eight spots to No. 11 in this week's Associated Press poll -- drop yet another contest to Minnesota at Williams Arena (or more affectionately known as "The Barn") it'll be first time Matta's crew has lost three in a row since 2009.

Perhaps consider setbacks to Michigan State and Iowa a jolting wake-up call for a team that grew too snug?

"Maybe a little bit, I don't if comfortable would be the right word," junior forward Sam Thompson said, before heaping praise on the fourth-ranked Spartans and fourteenth-ranked Hawkeyes.

"I don't know if comfortable is the right word but we definitely weren't the same team that we were the first few weeks of the season."

Of course, Ohio State wants to get back to that and in a Big Ten that seems as competitive and deep as any league in the nation, it might not have another choice.
