Nowland discusses his CSU pledge

When Jim McElwain stated at his introductory press conference as Colorado State's new head football coach that he wanted to retain the top in-state talent, many observers were unsure if he would stay true to his word. So far in the 2013 recruiting cycle, he certainly has, and his commitment to recruiting the Centennial State is reaping significant dividends.
