Ohio LB thrilled with UA offer

Stats: 101 tackles, 7 sacks, 11 tackles for loss and 3 fumble recoveries on defense and also had 13 touchdowns on offense as a RB. Also did all the kickoffs, punts, field goals and extra points.

"I would say our base offense that we run is a spread offense but we really like to mix it up. We can run out of just about any formation and we can move the ball a lot of different ways. It's been good for me on defense because I get to practice against a little bit of everything at practice every day."

"I've got 15 offers so far and most of them came pretty early but the last one to come in was Alabama. They offered about a month into my season and it was a huge deal when I got that offer. I don't really have any connections to Alabama but I watched them growing up because I've always been a football fan. I remember that even in their down years, Alabama was never an easy team to play. They play with a lot of pride and a lot of passion and you can see that whether things are going good for them or not."

"Now obviously they are back on top, or at least one of those teams that is going to be in that championship mix every year. I would think that would be anybody's dream, to play for a championship. Who wouldn't want to be a part of that?"

"Alabama definitely stands out to me early on along with Ohio State, North Carolina and Oklahoma. I will want to learn a lot more about all the schools that have offered me before I make any decisions but those four are definitely schools I know I'm very interested in right now."

"Next summer my plan is to go to as many camps and unofficial visits as I can. I will sit down and plan it with my mom in the next month or so. It's really an honor to be getting attention from such great programs and I want to make sure I make the most of this great opportunity for my future."
