Three-star DT taking birthday visit

Three-star defensive tackle Harold Legania will take his second official visit this weekend.

The 6-foot-3, 250-pounder from New Orleans traveled to Minnesota in mid-September for his first visit and will venture west and spend his birthday at Colorado.

"I'm going on a visit Saturday, which is my birthday to Colorado," Legania said. "Technically I don't know if they have offered me but my coach was telling me that they wanted me, Munchie Legaux and another player to come up this weekend. This will be my second official visit. The other one was to Minnesota. I've got another one set up in December to Virginia."

Colorado is one of three new schools that have entered the picture in recent weeks for Legania along with Baylor and Texas Tech. Legania was unsure if the three schools had offered him yet and would have to check with his coach. He already has offers on the table from Minnesota, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, North Carolina, Southern Miss, Virginia, Florida International and Louisiana Tech.

"It's still up in the air but I want to make a decision but it's so hard with all these new schools coming at me," Legania said. "It's all happened so fast. Last year I and the year before last I wasn't this person and then this summer everything just exploded."

Legania is also planning a trip to Mississippi State with their regular season finale against Ole Miss for the Egg Bowl.
