STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – Probably no defensive back at Saturday's NIKE Camp passed the eyeball test better than Dominic Clarke, a 5-foot-10, 178-pound recruit from Frederick (Md.) Tuscarora. Clarke has a chiseled frame, he stuck to receivers during 1-on-1 drills and position coach Eugene Jackson said Clarke was one of the most physical corners at the camp.
