Frederick (MD) Tuscarora cornerback Dominic Clarke had a solid season with 38 tackles, three interceptions, and five pass break ups. His coming out party however came after his season as he competed in the U.S. Army combine and at the Premier Showcase at Rutgers. While in those events he was named first team all-combine at the U.S. Army combine and he was named to the hot 11 at the Premier Showcase.
