Much has been made of the fact that Greg Scruggs has only played one year of football. Now in that one year Scruggs has gone from an unknown, to a high-major recruit, to a state champion. It really doesn't get any better for a player, and Scruggs accomplished all of those feats despite the fact that he has no experience in organized football.
