The Ohio State recruiting effort has been moving in the right direction for the class of 2008 with a dozen recruits to date. This past weekend a pair of prized prospects made the trip north including cornerback Travis Howard. Only a mere five days after his visit the three-star Floridian made a decision. Does that bode well for the Buckeyes?
