Two of the top seven uncommitted players in the country reside in Western Pennsylvania. All eyes, especially in the Midwest, will be on the those players this fall. Monroeville (Pa.) Gateway linebacker Shayne Hale makes up one half of that duo and he expects to have a busy fall with three official visits already set up.
