Shaker Heights (Ohio) wide receiver Justin Chappell was one of the best looking prospects participating in the recent National High School All-Star Combine in Cleveland on Tuesday. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound sophomore certainly showed that he's an athlete to keep an eye on.
