It is fairly common knowledge that Jim Tressel and the rest of the Buckeye coaching staff have no plans to sign a quarterback in the current Ohio State recruiting class unless they can get a great one in the Troy Smith mold. With that in mind, it is time to look at some potential juniors who could possibly fit that description, and one of those is from southwest Ohio.
