The Elite Skills Camp held on Tuesday brought 120 of the top prospects in Ohio to Cleveland Browns Stadium. That group included a dozen of the most talented quarterbacks in the Buckeye state including highly recruited Clay Belton, a 6-foot-6, 220-pound lefty from Clayton Northmont. Belton and the rest of the signal-callers had the chance to show their skills to nearly 100 college coaches from across the country.
