When last we checked Springboro, Ohio, tight end/defensive end Jake Ballard had three scholarship offers, and even though Ohio State was not one of the offers, Ballard had the Buckeyes as his favorite. With seven offers now in hand including a couple from Big Ten schools, do the Buckeyes still lead?
