It has been a whirlwind week and a half for 7-foot-1, 230-pound Jared Carter. The ever-developing big man from Scott Co. High School in Georgetown, Ky., has picked up offers from four of the top programs in the country in the past few days. Beginning the season just hoping to get minutes for his high school team, Carter now has offers from four schools currently ranked in the top five in the country.
