Tennessee got a big win on the field yesterday afternoon against Alabama, and the Vols also hit a homerun off the field as well. On a weekend in which Tennessee hosted four high-profile official visitors, the Vols got some great news in the form of early returns on the recruiting effort with the word tonight that one of the prospects in town made a verbal commitment to the Tennessee coaches.
