Some of the drama surrounding the recruitment of Indiana juniors has been
taken away by a few early commitments but this is a very solid class of players
and Big Ten level talent remains.

The three commits in the book include everybody's top two from this class,
6-foot-7 small forward DeShaun Thomas of Fort Wayne Bishop Luers to Ohio State
and 6-foot-9 power forward Dominique Ferguson of Indianapolis Lawrence North to
Kentucky. Depends on who you talk to as to who the better prospect is of those
two but right now they both make a lot of national top 10 lists. Then just
recently 6-foot-9 center Travis Carroll of Danville made an early commitment to
Purdue.
