Once Colin Thompson verballed to Florida earlier this spring, it became apparent that the UW coaching staff didn't place the tight end position high on it's list of priorities concerning the 2012 recruiting cycle.

Instead, it seems as though Bret Bielema has sent Joe Rudolph after a 2013 prospect at the position.
