Hampton (Va.) Phoebus inside linebacker Caleb Taylor continues to see his recruitment gain momentum on the recruiting trail. The 5-foot-11, 229-pound linebacker reeled in an offer from a Big East program last week. It was his fourth scholarship offer. Taylor was one of the many top targets that were in attendance at Virginia's junior day on Saturday. Are favorites starting to emerge for the Phoebus standout?
