For those who watched the 2009 Class 4A Division II State Championship between Brenham and Aledo back in December, they witnessed the arrival of a star in the making for the Brenham Cubs. 2011 receiver Derek Edwards put on a show hauling in 6 passes for 141 yards and 1 score in the game. Interest is building for Edwards who received an offer on Saturday for the Frogs.
