When it comes to sports the state of Connecticut is most well-known for being the home of ESPN and some pretty good college basketball as well. It is not regarded as the source of a lot of high school football talent.

Despite that, each year the state produces a handful of Division I prospects that go on to contribute at a high level, and in 2010 it should be no different.
